A apartment
you find with your eyes.
Suarez you find with your heart.

Architecture of distinction. Interiors designed to adapt to your every wish. An address just moments from Berlin’s grand boulevard: this is Suarez. It presents 57 individual freehold apartments, created to meet – and perhaps even exceed – your expectations of refined urban living.

A love letter to urban living

Directly opposite the local court, along the renowned Antiques Mile at the junction of Suarezstrasse and Witzlebenstrasse, Suarez enhances the established Lietzensee quarter. Designed in a classical architectural style, this new residential ensemble opens the door to a home in one of Berlin’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The striking corner building rises gracefully over seven storeys, crowned by a recessed penthouse level, combining presence with lightness and elegance. From the entrance hall to the balconies and the finely judged contrasts throughout, the attention to detail unmistakably reveals the calibre of living to which this residence belongs.

Residence

A perfected urban residence – a symphony of lines, light, and refined details.

Harmoniously composed façades and foyers: the design by Nöfer Architects presents Suarez as a contemporary tribute to Gründerzeit architecture. It nestles seamlessly into the streetscape of Charlottenburg, while the generous surrounding space further accentuates the building’s presence.

A tangible harmony defines the ensemble – in colour, form, and materiality. The interplay of light plaster and dark metal elements, of straight and curved lines, gives the building a calm yet vibrant presence. The entrance is equally confident: its double-height atrium and elegant lighting evoke the sophistication of a luxury hotel lobby.

Contemporary developments often appear faceless – Suarez is quite the opposite. Natural stone plinths and portals, pilasters, mouldings, and cornices provide striking accents. The shell-like shaping of the balconies adds a delightful surprise, while bold cornices crown the top of the building. Suarez thrives on a narrative architecture, one that invites exploration and, indeed, careful reading.
